Return Window We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@musonius.us with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return required.

How to Start a Return Email us at support@musonius.us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
