📦 Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take? We ship from within the United States. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after that.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package every step of the way.

Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly, so changes aren't always possible. Contact us at support@musonius.us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before your order ships.


🧴 Product Questions

What is PDRN and what does it do? PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotide) is a DNA-derived ingredient originally used in regenerative medicine. In skincare it deeply hydrates, supports collagen production, and helps visibly firm and smooth the skin — making it especially powerful for the delicate under-eye area.

Is this serum safe for sensitive skin? Yes. The formula is designed for all skin types including sensitive skin. As with any new skincare product we recommend doing a small patch test on your inner arm before applying to your face.

How do I apply the serum? Apply a small amount using your ring finger — it's your gentlest finger — and gently tap around the under-eye area morning and night after cleansing. Less is more with this serum.

How long before I see results? Most customers notice improved hydration and brightness within the first 1–2 weeks. For firming and visible line reduction, we recommend consistent use for at least 30 days.

Can I use this with my existing skincare routine? Absolutely. Apply it after cleansing and toning, before your moisturizer. It layers well with most serums and creams.
